Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 3–10 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery Time: 2–4 working days post-dispatch.
• Courier Partners: We work with reputable courier services with real-time tracking and insured shipments.
• We are offering free shipping nationwide

International Shipping

• Available Countries: GCC, UK, USA, Canada, EU, and select global locations.
• Processing Time: 5–7 business days.
• Delivery Window: 20–30 business days, depending on destination.
• Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

All international shipments are trackable and dispatched via secure, insured logistics partners (Pakistan Post, FedEx, UPS, etc.).

Customs & Duties

Delivery Issues or Delays

Returns (Within Pakistan)

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and packaging intact.
• Items Not Eligible for Return: To initiate a return, please email us at hello@luxeswear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

International Returns

At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend reviewing product details, sizes, and fabric notes carefully before purchase. Our support team is happy to guide you with sizing or fit concerns pre-purchase.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
• In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) returns, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images attached. We will resolve it swiftly at no extra cost to you.
