We don’t cut corners. Our pieces are crafted in small batches using organic fabrics, handwoven textiles, and artisanal detailing. You’re paying for longevity, craftsmanship, and ethical production—not mass manufacturing or seasonal trends.
3. Where are Luxes garments made?
All LUXES products are proudly made in Pakistan at our in-house production unit. Each item is produced by skilled local artisans and tailors under fair, transparent working conditions.
4. What fabrics and materials do you use?
We use a carefully curated mix of:

- Handwoven fabrics
- Drop needle knits
- Premium slub cotton

6. Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
We offer bottom length alterations in two finishes:
- Inside-out hemming stitch
- Folded finish
A service fee of PKR 1,000 per piece applies. Please mention your request while placing the order or contact us directly after checkout.
7. Are your products machine washable?
Most Luxes garments are made with delicate or handwoven fabrics and require care. We recommend:
- Dry clean preferred for embroidery and formal pieces
- Gentle hand wash or cold machine wash for cotton-based items Always refer to the care label stitched inside the garment.
8. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. To initiate a return, please read our Return Policy and contact our support team.
9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to select countries including the USA, UK, Canada, and GCC regions. International shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
10. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Domestic Orders (Pakistan): 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 20–25 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
11. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available within Pakistan. You must place a COD order on WhatsApp. For international orders, payment must be made through debit/credit card or bank transfer.
