Refund and Returns Policy

At Luxes, each piece is crafted with intention, detail, and purpose. Our goal is to ensure that every item you receive reflects the highest standard of quality and satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a flexible return and exchange process.

Returns (Within Pakistan)

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Items Not Eligible for Return:
    • Final sale or discounted items,
    • Items customized upon request,
    • Undergarments or tank tops (for hygiene reasons).
  • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@luxeswear.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
  • Return Shipping:
    • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

International Returns

At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend reviewing product details, sizes, and fabric notes carefully before purchase. Our support team is happy to guide you with sizing or fit concerns pre-purchase.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) returns, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images attached. We will resolve it swiftly at no extra cost to you.

 

Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Orders 

However, if a customer wishes to return or exchange an item purchased through our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) partner (e.g., Alif Shop), the following terms will apply:

  1. Eligibility
    All BNPL purchases follow the same return and exchange window as regular orders — within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  2. Refunds
    Refunds for BNPL orders are not issued directly by LUXES.
    Once a return is approved, LUXES will notify the BNPL provider, who will adjust or cancel the remaining installment schedule. If payment has already been made, the BNPL provider will credit the amount to the customer’s BNPL account in accordance with their terms.

  3. Exchanges

    • If exchanging for a product of the same value, no change will be made to the customer’s payment schedule.

    • If exchanging for a different value, the BNPL provider will update the installment plan accordingly.

    • Exchanges are subject to availability, as each article is produced in limited quantities.

  4. Cancellations
    Orders canceled before dispatch are fully voided, and the BNPL agreement is automatically canceled without any charge.
    Orders canceled after dispatch will be processed under the standard return and refund terms.

  5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
    Customers must contact LUXES Customer Care first to request a return or exchange. Once verified, our team will coordinate with the BNPL provider to update payment details.
    The BNPL provider will not process product-related requests directly.

  6. Important Note

    • Cash or bank refunds are not issued for BNPL orders.

    • Commission or processing fees charged by the BNPL provider are non-refundable once the payment is captured.

    • LUXES reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet quality inspection criteria.
