Questions We Hear.
How accurate do my measurements need to be?
As accurate as you can make them but our consultation call is specifically designed to verify your measurements before we cut anything. If a number looks unusual our specialist will flag it and guide you through a re-measure. Nothing is cut until we are confident the measurements are right.
Can I order if I'm outside Pakistan?
Yes. We have fulfilled bespoke orders in the UK, UAE, US, Canada, and Australia. The process runs entirely via WhatsApp and email. We ship internationally via SKYNET with full tracking. Shipping charges are quoted at the consultation stage.
What if the garment does not fit when it arrives?
If measurements were provided accurately and the garment still does not fit, we will alter or remake at no charge. For international orders, we will send a prepaid return label. Our satisfaction policy requires that the garment fits before we consider the order closed.
How long does the process take?
Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from measurement approval to dispatch. Rush orders can be accommodated in 2–3 weeks for select garment types. Rush orders carry a 25% premium on the garment price. Delivery time adds 3–7 business days internationally.
When do I pay?
A 50% deposit is required to begin cutting after the consultation call and specification is approved. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch. We accept bank transfer, Easypaisa/JazzCash for local orders, and bank transfer or PAYPRO LINK for international orders.
Can I request a specific fabric not on your list?
Yes. If you have seen a fabric you want in a competitor's garment, in a sample image, or at a fabric retailer share the reference and we will source it or find the closest equivalent from our suppliers. We work exclusively with natural fibers.
